FOR ADOPTION

FOR ADOPTION
Emergency Pet Care sometimes gains ownership of hurt or sick animals and will provide proper medical care and nurse them back to health. When this happens, we are able to re-home them with new loving families. Emergency Pet Care has been able to place hundreds of cats and dogs with new homes over the last several years completing families throughout the northwest.

These animals have usually gone through a tough time and have overcome health problems, or will need special medical care for the remainder of their life. These animals will only be adopted out to homes that can provide optimal health care and commit to keeping them as a fur-ever home.

If you are interested in one of the below listed animals, please contact our office during business hours. The adoption process involves meeting with one of the Emergency Pet Care team members, filling out an adoption contract and providing an adoption donation. The donated money for the adoption will go towards the expense of saving another animal in need.

Available pets are listed on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/EmergencyPetCare

Every case is different but for most adoptions the minimum adoption donation for a cat is $30 and for a dog is $50.

All adoptable animals will be up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and will be fixed (spay or neuter) when adopted out. Animals that are too young to be fixed prior to being adopted out will be asked to come back when the animal is old enough for the procedure (this cost is included in the adoption donation and there is no extra charge).

If you are thinking about adoption; we ask that you consider the animals special needs (if there are any) and know that medical expenses are the most expensive part of owning animals.
